defective items
üh-oh! If your item is giving you the frowns due to a little defect, don't worry! Here's how we can turn that frown upside down:

  • Reach out to our friendly customer service team at chilluactivewear@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving your order and let us know about the issue.
  • Send over some snapshots of the problem so we can help you faster.
  • Once we confirm the hiccup, we'll guide you on how to return the item
  • Once the defective item is back in our hands, we'll double-check it to make sure everything's A-OK.
  • If it's indeed defective, we'll either swap it out for a fresh one or refund you—your choice!

Just remember, to be eligible, the defective item must be in its original packaging and unused.

  • Once we've got your package back, we'll check it out and then sort out your new size.
  • If we've got your size in stock, we'll send it zooming your way!
  • If we don't have your size, we'll find another way to sprinkle some joy your way or offer a refund.
